For starters, we sampled 30 brands of hot dogs nationwide, before landing on the highest quality hotdogs and hot links. Our hot dogs are 100% beef and seasoned with a proprietary blend of spices. Meanwhile, our mouth-watering hot links are a blend of the finest cuts of beef and pork and smoked over hickory wood for a satisfying savory flavor in every bite.
Next up, Cowtown Dogs uses Euro Classic Brioche buns because bread really does matter. The Euro Classic Brioche® bun has incredible flavor and is the perfect base to complement our other ingredients.
Last but not least are toppings. We offer a wide selection of toppings to fit each of our customer’s unique tastes. We’re particularly excited about our Raye’s® stone ground mustard, which we buy from the last mill that produces traditional ground mustard in the United States.
Brown mustard fans will enjoy our Stadium Mustard®, who have been serving stadiums nationwide for the last 50 years. Our Dublin sweet onions and hot ‘n spicy onion pepper mix are caramelized in pure cane sugar from Dublin Bottling Works®, Texas’ oldest bottling plant that was established in 1891. We proudly serve Valentina® hot sauce for those who like it hot!
